Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available. All orders are shipped from our location in the U.S.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays and Shipping Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, such as weather-related issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact USPS directly if you experience any shipping issues once your package is in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided.
